Delivery within Germany
Within Germany, recozy offers free shipping with DHL GoGreen (in some cases, other carriers such as DPD or UPS may be used) to support climate-friendly delivery. Using the tracking service, it’s possible to request delivery at a different time or redirect the parcel for self-collection to a neighbour, a local post office, or a DHL shop.

International Shipping

Flexible Payment Options
At recozy, you can pay with PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, or a recozy gift voucher. All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT.
The prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering apply. Prices for private customers (consumers) are final prices, meaning they include the applicable VAT, plus shipping costs. Prices listed for business customers (entrepreneurs) are net prices and do not include VAT.
In addition to the listed prices, the seller charges shipping costs for business customers (entrepreneurs) based on order volume. Within Germany, orders with a net value of €300 or more (shipping cost exemption threshold) qualify for free shipping for business customers (entrepreneurs). For orders below this threshold, business customers (entrepreneurs) may be charged up to €15 per delivery. The decision to apply these charges is at recozy's discretion.
Within Europe, orders with a net value of €500 or more qualify for free shipping for business customers. For shipments below this threshold to European countries, business customers may be charged up to €50 per delivery, with the application of these charges at recozy's discretion.
Deliveries outside the EU, including to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, are generally subject to fees. For all such shipments, business customers may be charged up to €100 per delivery, at recozy's discretion.
